I used to be able to get this quail in my supermarket when I lived in San Antonio. Once I moved to Colorado, I couldn't get it anymore. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. It's absolutely delicious. IT comes frozen and very well packed. The cooler and ice packs can be reused, which is nice. The quail is nicely seasoned and easy to thaw and cook.
