The unit I received was a little different than advertised (it was a return item) but the price was about 70% less than the new units and everything needed was in the box. I researched about 4-5 different brands and for the price even the new units were a good deal compared to others that cost 4 to 5 times as much. The unit I received had this sort of funky inside ceiling or wall mount plastic dome looking antenna (that was not shown in the description), but it worked. FYI it took about an hour or so to install and run the cables. The cable to the outdoor antenna is 35 feet long and you have to install at least 30 feet away and 10 feet higher than the area you will use your cell phone. Once I ran all the wires and hooked it up I got a weak signal (only 1-2 bars at first). I live in a fringe area so that was about what I was getting without the signal booster. However when I carefully moved the Yagi antenna pointing in the direction of the closest cell phone tower I walked in an out out of the house several times to check the antenna bars indicator on the phone.By carefully paying attention and moving and pointing the outside antenna back and forth I was able to get 4 bars! Then I secured the outside antenna in place. My signal strength increased 400%. Don't waste you money on an expensive unit. This one does what it says.
