We buy 2 or 3 serrano hams a year, and I also grew up in Spain eating jamon serrano. I've probably purchased jamon serrano around 100 times in my life so I consider myself a legitimate critic of this delicacy.This one was too salty and the texture was a little moist, almost chewy. You'd be better picking probably any other brand of jamon serrano in this price point.
