It can provide up to 5 bars of AT&T cell signal to your 3G and 4G mobile phones (including iPhone, Android, and Windows mobile). Note that this device requires internet connectivity through a wired Ethernet connection (cable is included). Most wired and wireless routers include 4 or more of these ports. Also requires installation close enough to a window to receive GPS signals for use during emergency (911) calls.

I ordered and received this item in good time and in good condition. It did not do what I thought it would do. I even called in an expert. The item apparently is in good working order, but it does not help my cell phone service. When I asked to return the item the seller claimed I was making a fraudulent claim and refused to even discuss. I have no idea why the item didn't work and simply wanted to return it. I assumed there would be a restocking fee, etc. This overreaction is always a red flag for a seller who is not on the up-and-up. My initial experience was good followed by an irrational overreaction to a simple request. Too bad.
