These boxes are perfect for Waldorf homeschoolers and classroom teachers because they fit a year's worth of Mercurius MLBs (32 x 24 cm) and become lovely portfolio boxes. We use eight MLBs a year and they fit perfectly in these boxes along with loose student work like handwork projects. I am so thrilled to be able to send home a beautifully decorated box to celebrate a child's hard work each year!I also use them around my classroom constantly to organize lessons. The box is big enough to hold paper lesson plans as well as artifacts needed for the lesson. For example, I just put together a Morse Code box with my Morse Code signal set, Morse Code flash cards, NOS telegraph tape and telegram papers, and a collection of vintage telegrams. So much better than a file folder or binder which can only hold papers! I love that they stack on the shelf so they work better than baskets for me. Now I have a huge cupboard full of "lesson kits" which I can easily find.
