I am not tech savy and seem to be having difficulty setting up the lock box with the wifi hub, Lock box will not pair? If your device does not pair with the app, First step is to push down the reset button (Refer to Page 7 in user manual), this fixes pairing issues 99% of the time. Our support team is available 24/7 via messaging to help with further questions. Does this lock box use batteries or are they rechargeable? Our key lock box uses 4 x AAA batteries (included). Also boasts an integrated micro USB port that can be used as emergency power source if the device ever runs out of power, ensuring that you are never locked out. I intend to use this lock box for my business and will most likely need more than 2 keycards. Where can i get more?
