Ordered 3 packs of 12 of these headphones for our school. The image has black around the ears and clearly looks as if they are padded. However, they were all gray and were not padded. They hurt the students ears and we arranged for a return. We were responsible for the return fee of $84 and now, although we received a credit for the return, it was not for the full $300.63 but they also charged a restocking fee of $51.12 which was never mentioned in any of our conversations.
