Keep your card in your wallet, folks. This product is not worth any amount of money. It lasted all of 2 days, and was damaged while retracted and wrapped up in mild winds. The weak aluminum metal pole is made in two parts that meet in the crank assembly (made of flimsy plastic), and this causes a critical point of failure. If I could issue a zero-star review I would. Attached is an image of the damage.
