Over the past several years we have purchased a variety of these beautifully crafted puzzle boxes from this same company. We have loved every box and appreciate all the details and clever puzzles. This year we have ordered two different puzzle boxes and one was quickly sent from Japan along with careful packing. The second box above must be sent from a direct Amazon center and it was not packed carefully and put in a paper mailer. I returned one because it was delivered in a messed up mailer and concerned the puzzle was damaged. Then I reordered the same box, hoping it would be sent from Japan. The new reorder arrived yesterday ....same as previous one, in a messed up and crumbled paper mailer. This is definitely not good and I'm debating to return it or take a chance it is not damaged inside and use it for the planned Christmas gift. This poor shipping from the Amazon center does not protect the product that has been so carefully created. I would like to communicate with the Japanese company and tell them what is happening their products.
