This is a great umbrella. It is solid and works great. The mechanism for raising and lowering it is very solid. The umbrella does tip over without being weighted down. I used heavy bags of sand to weight it down. The unit did not come with instructions at all. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to put everything together.Use every day.
