My boss has an absurd obsession with Jelly Belly Jelly Beans, especially the tropical mix. Keeping up with his forever emptying jelly bean jar has been a struggle when the 1lb bags are $11+ a piece. I was really happy to find that they had these in a 10lb bulk box at roughly $6 a lb.As many reviewers have said, this is literally a box of jelly beans. There is no additional packaging for these. You open the box, there is a pile of jelly beans. We did not have an issue with staleness in our last order and to avoid them possibly going stale later on we simply moved the excess to a 2 gallon zip lock which was the perfect size to fit what was left over after filling his jar after receiving them.Will definitely buy again.We order the 10 pound box of jelly Belly jelly beans Tropical Mix. The product was sent fast and in a cardboard box. The jelly beans we thought were a bit stale, (i.e.hard to chew). So we put the jelly beans in zip lock bags and after a few days the jelly beans were softer. So we recommend to put the beans in bags to soften them up :)The Jelly Belly beans are always a treat but the shipping gavbe me pause to question not only the purity of the product but they were all stuck together and had to be cooled in the large box prior to repacking to get them apart.Would not buy in this form again.The jelly beans arrived lose in the box!
