I haven't quite found the perfect plant for this pot. It appears to be well made and I am glad I bought it.I love this flower pot, it’s better than I expected and I’ve already purchased one for a gift.I have more than a dozen of these Martha's faux bois planters in different sizes. This is the large size and I have 6 of them. They are elegant, classy and beautiful. They are a great addition to my home decor and the plants love them. I use them for indoor plants with clear plastic dishes underneath. Highly recommend.I purchased a smaller version of this from another vendor and they no longer have these. I was pleased to be able to purchase the large ones from Amazon. They are a very pretty pot and the flowers look great in them. Too early to put a picture up.I bought this flower pot last fall. I used it indoors for Christmas with a 4 foot tree. Since the pot has a hole in the bottom, I threaded the electric cord from underneath.Once Christmas was over I tried moving the pot and broke a piece off the side just by bumping it. Still it shouldhave been fine for a flower or shrub pot. The more months that have gone by, I have not been able to justifykeeping this large pot. It is really large, no kidding. I am sure that it would have held a plastic or clay potted plantwell this summer. I just could not find the right place to put this large pot, so I donated it to a charity.I love this pot. I decided to plant it without a liner. Nothing will fit it. I considered a felt bag but it really wouldn't matter. If I needed to pull it out, it would have conformed to the pot itself. I have a rubber tree plant in it and it's really happy! I love the look of the pot, I have it indoors. It's really unique and very beautiful.Love this garden addition. It is designed to be in a garden, on a porch or patio. It has a great country look, but the log and branch stand is white. I was expecting it to be the color of a chopped log. I was pleasantly surprised when it was white. I've planted different herbs and it is stunning. Oh yes, LITTLE TO NO ASSEMBLY!!!LOVE that it is SO light, well constructed, has 1" feet so it doesn't sit right on your floor, and is very easy to work with. Even w/all that dirt it is light enough to move the potted plant from place to place with no hardship. IMPORTANT: Be sure to have at least a 3-4" square piece of screen or something porous to 'block' the drain hole, which is very wide. NOT an issue as long as you are prepared, though!
