I ordered this split queen box spring after realizing I needed one for the bed that I just bought. I was a little skeptical after reading the poor reviews on here that have photos showing poor quality. The box spring arrived very quickly, 3 days before Amazon said they would be here. They arrived in one cardboard box. Each one was wrapped in plastic. After removing the plastic, I was really taken back by how nice the actually looked. The white fabric has a nice design on them, the wood was sturdy and nothing was broken, and everything was stapled together. It looks like a very well made box spring. The other reviews on here I am not sure if they got the exact same thing I did. I got the "4" Fully Assembled Split Box Spring for Mattress, Queen" and it looks great. I have been using it for over two weeks now and It has been wonderful. The only thing that was wrong was that during shipping the package got punctured and the put a baseball size hole in the bottom part of the box spring. Since that will literally never be seen by anyone, I didn't care. I think that a lot of the reviews saying they are broken and "flimsy" when they arrive were broken during shipping, and not the fault of the manufacturer.All in all, I am highly satisfied with my split box spring. Have had no issues with two 150 pound people sleeping on it every night. It looks very nice and does not seem flimsy or cheap.
