I am totally impressed with this product. I had Osteopenia for years and finally went over to Osteoporosis. That scared me and I researched what to do. My Endocrinologist wanted me to take Reclast, but I was afraid of the Osteonecrosis of the Jaw side affect. One person I spoke to told me she got the jaw side affect and took this product for year and her jaw bone was totally regenerated, much to the surprise of her doctors. So, I tried it for a year - two packets a day (morning and night) for 3 months and then 1 packet a day after that. After one year, my numbers went from -2.5 to -2.0 and I am very happy.
