My wife ordered this And I was initially a bit skeptical. I was able to put it together in 30 minutes. the instructions And pictures are very thorough. It even comes with a small bag of extra parts in case some are missing. However, that wasn't necessary.the front opens like a door with very strong magnetic catches. it has a shelf that covers about two thirds of the upper level and the back is all open so our cat can drop down into his litter box.We needed this, because our dogs we're getting into his litter box And making a big mess. This not only keeps our dogs out of his litter, but when he jumps back out He has much less tendency to drag any litter into the house. the cat watched me build it and saw where I put his litter box. I closed the front door. He had no difficulty figuring it out and I watched him hop right through that upper port hole when he needed. We did however, make it a bit easier for him by putting a small step stool approximately six to seven inches high In front of it , which makes it very easy for him to step up there.Again, this product was easy to build, had very good instructions, Excellent materials. I wish all assembly required products that I've purchased online were packaged as well and as carefully thought out. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone who has a cat and wants to keep the litter box out of the reach of others
