Ok, 200 bucks for an umbrella is steep. That's what I thought too when I purchased this umbrella. Not now. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" applies in this case so well.My wife and I searched real hard to find the perfect umbrella for our new 48" diameter bar height Trex table out at the pool. We went to all the local stores looking for a sale, including the big box and home improvement chains. Yea, they all had something but not the "perfect" one. But they all had at least one or two that were close to the same price or more.We wanted something that would look great out at our pool. The colors of this umbrella could not be any more perfect for that setting. We wanted something that would block as much sun as possible in the afternoon sun as it is setting in the hottest part of the day. The design of this umbrella is perfect for that as well. Besides the fabric being Sunbrella, a trusted and well know outdoor use fabric manufacturer, besides the powder coated aluminum pole, besides the fiberglass ribs, beside the crank up canopy function, this umbrella has a very cool tilt feature.Most umbrellas have tilt, that's nothing new, but I have never seen one like this. Most make you reach up near the top and push a button, and it usually takes two hands because if you just push it will skip the first stop and tilt all the way which is not how you want it. If you have your other hand too close to the hinge part you can pinch it. I know you know what I mean. Of course most of you will say "so, I don't have a problem with that". And I am sure you are right, but, what if that button is 9 feet or more off the ground and like me you are only 5 foot 9 inches, or less? How do you do it? Get up on a chair? Yea that's safe. Nope, not with this umbrella! There is a collar, just above the crank handle, and all you do is turn it!!!!! The umbrella must have a cable inside that allows the umbrella to tilt in an infinite number of positions, not just 2 or 3!!!I am a freak for things with a high cool factor and this umbrella has it!If you need an umbrella to block the sun and have the extra money, you need this umbrella. You deserve this umbrella. I highly recommend this umbrella!Rob
