I bought the small size, and while it’s decent, “sturdy” is relative. If you’re planning to use heavy weights, do single-leg exercises, high jumps, or anything requiring maximum stability, you’d be better off with a larger size or a wood/metal box.For my basic setup, I mainly use it for incline push-ups, hip thrusts, certain presses, and step-ups. However, I wouldn’t trust it for calf raises (where your toes hang off the edge) or standing on the full 20-inch height.That said, it’s a great product for what it is—a foam plyo box. It’s solid for its design, easy on the shins and joints, but don’t expect it to handle hardcore CrossFit-style moves. Think carefully about your needs before buying.
