Since Netflix will never release a physical version in the US, this is the only way to own the series on physical Blu Ray discs. It is a beautiful set that is an embossed (roughly 10") slipcase that holds 3 hardcover books. One book opens up to the 3 Blu Ray discs and 2 soundtrack CDs. The other 2 books are art books. Definitely worth it if you love Devilman and/or Yuasa's fluid, minimal art style. It is a must own as the ultimate physical version of the modern reimagining of Go Nagai's manga masterpiece. One final note, there are only optional English subtitles and NO English dub.
