Who knew that a half umbrella existed- but this is fantastic!!!!! Have a small front patio area with very limited space and this umbrella fits perfectly against my sunroom while providing the perfect amount of shade for the two large garden chairs sheltered underneath.EVERYONE comments on the functionality and the look. It did fade a bit but it was in the sun for the entire summer and bore extreme temps.Still looks great though and more importantly it has held up during extreme weather of wind and monsoon like rain. Very well built and has never bent or even looked like it was going to blow away. It was definitely put to the test this summer. GREAT price and performance. Easy to use and open and close
