JL Jack Base Features Merchant Video Many people don’t realize that the stock jack won’t work to change larger tires until it’s too late. This Jack Base fits neatly into the JL’s rear floor compartment/under the Gladiator’s rear seat when not in use, also includes molded-in nutserts to attached directly to a Farm jack. If your Wrangler doesn’t have a rear storage compartment or you want an alternative mounting location. AEV’s Jack Base can also double as a wheel chock in order to prevent a disabled vehicle or trailer from rolling. AEV’s Jack Base provides 3-1/2 inches of additional lift height to the stock “scissor” jack – allowing tires of up to 37″ to be changed. The AEV Jack Base has a large 7.5″ x 10.5″ footprint to provide better stability in off-road and soft soil conditions when using the factory jack or even a Farm Lift jack.
