Press 3 seconds to switch the settings: Volume up> Volume down> Sound off. ? To turn off the vibration, press the button to PURPLE light (vibration settings). Press 3 seconds to switch off the vibration. Why can’t I connect to DuoMon? Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is ON and “Do not disturb“ mode is off. And try clear all the connection record on your phone, then reconnect agian. 1. Clear the Game record and Phone Bluetooth record: Go to phone settings > Bluetooth > find Go Plus > forget the device.Go to Pokemon Go settings > Go Plus > tap the triangle beside Go plus. 2.
