So, when I first bought this bag, the photos of the bag did not match the bag I received. Big Max had made some sublte updates repalcing a few red spots with black. When I received it, I was disappointed and ranted on here to the extent that I liked the bag, but it felt "like showing up to take the prom queen out on a date, only to be greeted by her somewhat less attractive sister." I even Photoshopped and posted some comparison photos. What can I say, I have an eye for detail and it is what initially drew me to the bag.Little did I know that Big Max actually reads these reviews. To my suprise, I was soon contacted by the company, who apologized and even sent me a nifty Big Max AQUA UV umbrella to make up for the mix-up (Thank You, Mike and Maxi!). The umbrella is great, get one, you will not be disappointed, but that is a topic for another review. Big Max also promptly updated the photos here on Amazon, so the charcoal and red bag you now see here is the one you will receive (assuming you order the charcoal and red one). So, I have deleted my prior review as what I was complainng about no longer applies, and as such wouldn't be helpful to those of you considering buying the bag.Now, that said, having had the bag for several weeks I can say, the bag is awesome! It looks really sharp, is very light, but doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. It is reasonably sturdy and well made. It isn't rock solid like a big leather cart bag or caddy bag, but thats a completely different catgeory of bag, and good luck lugging one of those for 9 holes let alone 18! So, as I said the bag feels really light, but still sturdy. As a 'gram weenie' UL hiker / backpacker that is near and dear to my heart.Pro's: I really like the 14 way divider, you don't generally get a quality bag at this price point with a 14 way top, which is great because it keep the clubs from knocking around (as much) when you move and carry the bag about the course and in and out of your car etc. I also like the carry straps which are comfortable without being overpadded and ugly. In terms of storage, the bag has the right amount of pockets to carry what you need without giving you too much storage. Yes, there is a such a thing. These are walking bags meant to be carried, and I find I expand my kit to fill a space, and will take more than I need when given too much space to work with, which will literally weigh you down and you'll have to schlep it from hole to hole on your back. Like many bags in this category it also has a nifty lined cooler pocket that will fit a good size water bottle or a few adult beverages if you so choose, which can be worth the added weight especially on hot days.Cons? Not really. Me being me, I could nit pick about the towel / accessory ring being just a fabric strap loop and not a fancy / techy ABS or metal designed thing, but it does the job and accents the bag's colors.So, all in all I love the bag! If you are in the market for a new walking / stand golf bag, you should consider buying this one. They are well made in terms of function / utility and design, as they come in tasteful color schemes. I was impressed (and sincerely thankful) for the amazing customer service! Great customer service is very short supply these days and the folks at Big Max really went above and beyond! I will be a customer for life and have removed my previous rating and replaced it with 5 stars!
