Suncourt TW208P 2-Speed Through Wall Ventilation Fan - Quiet Room-to-Room Air Transfer Booster for Improved Heating & Cooling - White - Perfect for Bedrooms, Offices and Basement Air Circulation

I own a 100 yr old farm house with two wood stoves and since we only use one at a time, we always ended up with a hot room and a cold room depending on which stove was in use. The Suncourt Thru-Wall Fan fixed the problem. I mounted it at ceiling height in the room that had the wood stove that is used 90% of the time and directed the output into the cold room. The fan is extremely quiet and pushes enough air to balance out the temperature between the two rooms. I keep it at full speed and even then, its hard to hear the fan. Love the output grill and rotates so I can change the air flow direction up, down or sideways. A previous reviewer suggested to use carbon paper to transfer the template onto the wall. I decided to tape the template to the wall and I used a tack to mark the cut out every 1/2" or so and than connected the dots with a pencil. I then used the duct extension to align the next cut out and traced the outside of the duct on the opposite wall. The directions were confusing to me with regards to this step so I improvised. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this fan. My only complaint and I'm being nit picking is the fan housing is not flush mount to the wall, it sticks out ~ 1 inch. Overall, its an excellent product, does what its designed to do. My only regret is that I didn't purchase this years ago. Suggestion to the Suncourt Company, please design one that has a reversible fan so I can change direction of the output. I'm giving you Five stars for an excellent product that exceeded my expectations.
