I have been using and recommending Motorcraft Cetane Booster since it was introduced to counter the effects of ULSD. Regular usage with each fill up definitely improves MPG of my 2015 6.7L Powerstroke with 172K miles. The increase in fuel economy more than offsets the cost of the Cetane Booster.
